CUSTOMISED STEEL HOLDER

Recently, we were approached by a company to design and fabricate a customised Stainless Steel holder to contain fireworks which are fired during a show in Universal Studios. The initial design was carefully calculated to fit different types of firework sizes that has flange which makes it easy to install. The thickness and material were then considered to be able to contain an bear the force of the controlled pyrokinetics. After which we then considered drainage holes to be able to drain out water and liquid as this was an outdoor environment. The design was then drawn out and presented to our client before fabrication and once confirmed we expedited the process for our clients due to a taxing deadline.
