GEARBOX TEST BENCH

This year we were awarded a project by our client to design a testing bench to house their Gearbox Axle along with their Running Motor.

This project required us to cater the Test Bench to 2 different types of Gearboxes each with their own unique profile. It was made to be universal which catered to their different length and heights. The motor holder is built to support the flange of the motor and at the same time adjustable to ensure maximum reach for the component during testing.

 

The project was achieved by our Veterans over a short period of 2 months from start to completion and delivery. During the day of commissioning, our clients live tested the entire process and were very satisfied with the performance.
